All donations fund nonprofit organizations that serve Henry County. This includes youth programs, fire and rescue departments, health and wellness organizations, senior services, community outreach programs, and emergency assistance. Funds are distributed each year based on applications submitted by local organizations and approved by our board of directors.

Yes. Helping Hand is a registered nonprofit that distributes funds to organizations that hold valid 501 c 3 status. You will receive a receipt for your contribution that you can use for tax purposes.

You can donate in three ways:
Online through our secure payment system using card, digital wallet, or any available payment option.
By check, made out to Henry County Helping Hand and mailed or delivered during the auction season to PO Box 22 Paris, TN 38242.
In person during the auction at the Paris Convention Center from 12:30pm until auction closes, Monday through Saturday. You must pick up won items on the day you won.

Yes. Our online donation form allows you to set up recurring contributions. You can also arrange a recurring gift through your bank’s bill pay service.

Yes. You can donate items through your organization on its scheduled auction day, volunteer during the auction, sponsor the event, prepare meals for groups, or help spread the word. Every form of support makes a real difference.

Yes. Every donor receives a receipt. Online donors receive an email receipt automatically.

Yes! Many donors support Helping Hand through planned giving. You can include Helping Hand in your will, designate us as a life insurance beneficiary, or give through an estate gift.
